Of course, this truck is already on it's way... but here is what I started with: a 2000 UZJ100

It didn't take me long to remove the stupid OEM running boards... and then I swapped on non-USA split steel wheels off of a 70-series (with Bridgestone bias ply):

I ran it like this for years. The bias ply did flat spot here and there, and were noisy as hell, but I loved them. I went back to my OEM alloys because it was hard to find tubes and a tire size I wanted for such a skinny wheel.

Next, we got an African Outback drawer system and roof rack used from a friend of mine (he was turning his 100 back into a DD and building a J7 pick-up). After those were installed I mounted LT285/75R16 General Grabber AT2s on my original wheels:

So, this is where we sit today: TJM Heavy suspension system (best decision ever), CVT Mt. Bailey RTT, and an ARB 50qt fridge... With more to come...

Unfortunately, I can't tell you anything about the ladder because I don't know much about it. A friend of mine gave it to me; he got it from someone he knew in Japan when he was getting some JDM parts for one of his trucks. I think it came from a small JDM sub-contractor to Toyota, but there isn't any markings on it and I've never been able to find another one.

It is sturdy; I've climbed up and down that thing a billion times... It's also the number one commented on/asked about part on the truck. LOL
