1st Gen Dodge Paint Question

Anybody ever raise the paint break on a 2 tone, above the top of the bed rail to include JUST the cab and pillars, like on this Chevy?
I dont have photo chop so I cant tell if it works out or looks weird.

I have been around the 1st gen world for many years. I have not seen anyone break the paint line like the Chevy you posted. Almost all of them have the paints lines broken at the upper body line. Like the other pic you posted.

I went threw a 1st gen show and shine thread on another site. It was 70 pages long. No paint schemes like that.

I guess ill just paint it like the chevy and if it looks weird ill drop it down a couple inches.

I don't think it will look bad. Any new paint looks better than the old peeling paint it most likely has now.

Mine is solid black.
