I am trying to find the similarities between the two, i know montero sport was offered in 2WD models.
My interest is in the exhaust parts, is the cat the same? i am having a hard time to locate the Y-Pipe/Cross pipe where the Downstream Oxygen sensors are housed.
theres a few montero sports at the local junkyard, if that Y pipe is same for montero and montero sport. I Could salvage it from there.
I am not sure if both the O2 sensors are on the same piece of piping, or theres 2 different ones, I have to check But maybe in the mean time you guys can help me out.
This piece is what im looking for. where both the O2 sensors sit. or i cud cut them off, weld a new bung in . I am open to suggestions.
