How will the rise of self-driving vehicles impact our hobby? I can't imagine that overland vehicles will be great at self-driving on dirt or forest service roads in our lifetime, however, I think we'll see self-driving highway and pavement vehicles within the next decade. I actually like the idea of plugging in an address on a Friday night, climbing into the back of the vehicle, and waking up at the beach or a mountain trailhead. Would you sleep in a self-driving rig while it's self-driving?
