Just returning from a week-long camping trip with some buddies up in the mountains of CO.
This year a buddy brought along his 3-burner Camp chef and the pizza oven attachment.
Obviously, I was skeptical at the thought of fresh pizza made in the campsite.
My friend struggled a little bit with proofing the dough in the cool temps but with the help of a warm rock, he prevailed.
I was blown-away at how good the pizzas were. "Artisan" would be a fair description.
I'll try to post-up a couple pics later.
Anyway....just some feedback on what's possible with the right gear and attitude.
Thanks,
Nate
