I'm planning a trip which heads up Swansea Trail in Death Valley. Has anyone taken their Ford Raptor up the trail? There will be one in our group and didn't know if it would fit. Otherwise, we will have to go up the front side of Cerro Gordo and traverse across to Burgess Mine/Salt Tram.

They're only 6" wider to begin with, are clearances that tight on that trail?
Big old / wide jeep wagoneer driving that trail, I don't think there'd be any problem

I wish I knew. I've never been on Swansea. I've seen various sized vehicles go through but not a Raptor. There are a couple of places that people say it's a tight fit but I don't know how tight.
