Phenomenal tent, I've camped in all sorts of weather in this thing and its held up to it all. I'm looking to move up to the next size so I can comfortably fit a nice sized cot inside.

Includes the RV-2, front panel, and older (solid) style floor saver/footprint, bag and all stakes/lines/poles. Located in Irvine but can meet within an hour's drive.

How old is the tent?

"Front panel"? The one that attaches at the end of the awning?

About 4-1/2 years old, bought it from FamilyTentCamping.com. Always put away dry (once home). I have 35-45 nights in it.

Yes on the front panel. If this sells I'll move up to an RV-3 which uses the same side panels, so not selling those.
