Off road A-frame

Looking at buying either a Rockwwod or Jayco A-frame toy hauler, supposedly off-road capable, anyone done this? Looking for feedback on how far off-road these have been.

might want to check in the Trailer subforum, lots of really interesting stuff in there.

Their 'Baja' series seems to have the ground clearance you'd want.

But for offroading you'd probably want the shorter version sans ATV deck.

They seem like a slightly smaller version of Fleetwood's 'Evolution' trailers. My neighbor has an Evolution II that I'm itching to haul to Death Valley and points north

I saw one of those being pulled on White Rim Trail in 2012. Tow vehicle was an FJC. They were going North-to-South (i.e. counterclockwise) and had already made it over Hardscrabble hill when they passed us near Potato Bottom.
