Listed is a set of Old Man EMU (OME) used (approximately 2 years of use) Rear Coil Springs for the 1991-99, Long Wheel Base Mitsubishi Montero.

Doesn't appear the tags are still on them, did you by chance mark which was the left and right side spring? I ask because it matters when you install them and will save someone from having to do the work twice if not correct the first time.

But to your point, these springs never had a tag or distinguished between a left or right spring. Based on the seat for the coil, I made an educated guess at which would be the left and right, but honestly I never heard of these springs having tags. I ordered numerous custom coil springs from Spring Works (more than one Montero) without any differentiation either.
