Tumey Hills, CA Overnighter

After doing my recent GMT900 brake upgrade and snorkel I decided to make the quick 3 hour trip south from the SF Bay Area to Tumey Hills, CA. Happily a few friends decided to join me and we had a blast.

Tumey Hills is BLM land and is very hilly scrub land that cattle ranchers use seasonally for grazing. Great place to wander around, camp, as well as do a little target shooting. Mostly graded fire roads that most cars could navigate. Your only real obstacles you'll encounter are the mini ravines that tend to form right down the fire roads as well as some dried up stream crossing.

Everything is golden brown right now but with the rains coming the place will turn green and look like a totally different place.

Here are some pics.
