I'm beginning a gas NPR build up. Single 19.5's
4x4x8 ft box (fits my V-Strom). 10x8ft flatbed. Camper fits perfectly. Should get out by Jan 20th for a test trip. Then tear out the frontend to swap in a D60 and mount up tcase.

It'll be interesting to see where you go with this. Keep posting updates.

What was the reason for the bed liner? Can't say it's a bad idea either to go gasser, especially if you're heading south.

Cool I am planning on doing poly on my cab as well. Does the camper shell fit over the top of the box?

Yep, camper fits right on top and is only 4ft long.
I personally wish I never bedliner'd it but I guess no one will steal it now.

Steel with black spray paint.

I think it was 6" C channel for the winch plate to 6" box tube run vertically with holes inside to bolt to frame. And then 1/8" plate for the sides.
