Default just bought this military field medical sterilizer

just bought this 5 gallon all stainless military field medical sterilizer for $19 in which I plan to use for shrimp and crab boils. has latch down spring lid, rack that lowers down into, pressure relief valves at bottom. weighs 40lbs, just put over heat source like propane burner. it is awesome.

Are you going to use that as a pressure cooker, or are you going to leave the valves open and just use it as a nice pot with a good lid?
