Default New Xterra OR for $22K?

Not that I need another, but does this seem like a particularly good deal, an Xterra OR new for $22K?

    http://www.carmax.com/enUS/view-car/...a-7df164bc1f65

Note, they have it listed as a 2WD, but I'm pretty sure its 4WD (I don't think you can get a 08 OR in 2WD, pluse it seems to have the dial for 4WD. Don't know if they made a mistake or if it really isn't that good a deal, but it seems alright to me.

In Canada, a no option 2008 Xterra Off-Road starts over $37,000. So yes, that's a damn good deal!

I called them up and asked, is this 2WD or 4WD and they said 2WD. I then asked if it was an OR and they said yes. I conveyed my confusion and the sales person pulled the invoice. "Yep, it says here that its the Off-Road model." I asked again 2WD or 4WD. The sales person said "well, it doesn't say 4WD at the top of the invoice so it must be a 2WD." I asked, if it might not list it as 4WD if its not an option, but is standard on the OR package." "ahhhhhh", he said, "I bet thats right." So it might be that whomever listed it for carmax didn't see 4WD at the top of the invoice so they listed it as 2WD?

Dunno, but I wish I had wated a few months if this is correct!

Looks like Nissan is getting serious about clearing its 2008 truck inventory. Here's an ad from a dealer in North Carolina offering an XTerra with MSRP of $22,900 for $14,900. And that includes free oil changes and free breakfast!

If those pics ,rep that one for sale-then it is a 4wd, judging by the 4wd selector sw and hill descent switchs=

Sounds like a great price to me-if it is 4wd !!

yea if those are the actual pics then it's a 4WD...and that is a great deal if you can get it, and yea nissan is running some pretty good deals right now on all of their trucks...i was told by one of the guys at my local dealership that, as it's common knowledge that every truck brand is hurting right now, Nissan is trying to run big sales and stay ahead of the curve and move enough vehicles so that they don't feel the economic crunch as bad

Yes, every auto maker has high inventory of trucks and SUV's. I read that there is a Dodge dealer out west that is sell 3oK Rams for 15K.

If someone is in the market for a 4x4 vehicle, this is a great to buy. There are a lot of great deals out there.

I'm in Atlanta and I can't find these kinds of prices. Anyone have any links to ads you have found? That $14k Xterra is crazy cheap.
