Tonight's dinner is currently consisting of.....as I type!

A wonderful homemade Half Pound Hamburger with Worcestershire sauce....lots of spices....Cheese Melting on da top at the end!....on the barbie!

ALL the Fixin's Installed!

Pepperoncini's on da side....!

Yup! Sure would! But I didn't have any and didn't want to waste gas to go get some. I need to plan my Brats better!

My personal favorite recipe:

1. Boil Brats in a mixture of beer, chopped onions, and minced garlic until Brats are cooked through;
2. remove brats and put on grill;
3. continue to cook mixture on stove (simmer) and add sugar to "sweeten";
4. cook mixture until all beer boils off and onions caramelize (turn brown) into a thick consistency;
5. spoon "onion relish" onto a hoagie or hot dog bun, add a GOOD deli mustard;
6. top with (now) grilled brat;
7. place good DARK beer in available hand;
8. enjoy!!!
9. Burp up bratwurst all night and enjoy the flavors again and again!
