Construction looks solid, small and out of the way, but still allows enough gear for light camping...

I like the way it hugs the side panels without going into the exhaust. Very expensive though...
I'm gonna have to stick with the backpacking bag for now.
After living off of my bike for a couple weeks while riding through some narrow, rutted, overgrown trails.....narrow soft bags with no rack are THE way to go..unless your route keeps you on wide open roads....
For traveling light (which I did not do this summer...), these look pretty good, but would benefit from being waterproof. For a quick get away.....I'd use 'em.

Hey Kermit,
It's funny that you posted this up today. Dave from Giant Loop emailed me yesterday. He's entered in the Mt. Hood Rally, and asked if he'd be able to set up a display of his wares!
