    Default new life for jerry cans

    so i had the chance to buy jerry cans for $5. cool huh. well the catch is the inside lining(paint i think) is flakeing off. its flakes siting in the bottom of can. now can i bead blast them to get as much out as possible and seal them some how? with what. five bucks is a deal but am i just wasteing money?

    You could consider re-lining them with a polymer lining from Eastland.

    Default Coating gas tanks/cans

    Rust is a big problem for motorcycles with steel tanks and there are numerous products to re-coat them.

    Also there is this article on using electrolysis eliminate the rust.
