We would really like to sell this rig and return to Ecuador asap. The rig is located in Atlanta but we are open to the idea of delivering it to where-ever.

Nice rig! I already have mine so I'll pass. But can you tell us why they won't let you import it into Ecuador?

  6. Default Ecuador

Ecuador does not allow the importation of used vehicles (except by diplomats)

You can drive a used vehicle through the country if you get the right permits.

For us, taking the rig to Ecuador isn't logical based upon our long term plans.

    Looks good!

Was this an ambulance; or some other type of emergency-services vehicle, FD etc? Can you give a bit more history?

Originally, it was a Horton 403 type I ambulance. It's last day in service was the day before we bought it. This was a custom built, made to order rig that cost around $100k new. Always cared for and garage kept.
Horton is one of the top ambulance builders which is one of the reasons we selected this particular rig for conversion.
