Every Miles A Memory
Expedition Leader
Cindy and I have been talking about doing a whole series of seeing faces in rocks.
Over the course of our travels, we've seen some stuff that makes you understand where legends and passed down stories come from by sailors and past generations of explorers.
Here are a few of the shots we've collected so far. Anyone got anything they've seen along their travels?
Cindy about to get eaten by the monster in the Wire Pass Slot Canyon in Utah
The big face in the rock along the pictured rocks lakeshore in Michigan's Upper Peninsula
Camel Rock just outside Santa Fe New Mexico
Cindy afraid of another monster in the rock, this time in Bandelier National Monument
Smiling Face in the stone on Isla Espiritu Santo in Baja Sur, Mexico
This one is also from Isla Espiritu Santo in Baja and our guides said some call it a Rabbit Head, others call it a Whale? Either one, It looks cool!
Yet another face in the rocks from Isla Espiritu Santo, what is it with these Mexican Rocks?
So that's my collection so far, but I'm always looking for new stuff! I'd be very interested to see anyone elses shots
