I have 4 Scepter fuel cans and 4 scepter water cans, and have had absoloutley no leaks with any of them. They can swell up with a pressure differential, but it doesnt worry me. If you want, you can always vent them if they swell excessivley.
For water cans, I order them from Brigade Quartermasters
For fuel cans, I get them off ebay. Used and new ones are usually commonplace, but new ones arent cheap.
More importantly, for fuel can parts, go to www.dstactical.com . I've ordered multiple times from them in the past and they are great guys if you call them up with questions. They are located in Canada, thus their selection of Scepter stuff, but will ship any Scepter parts to the US as long as they arent the actual fuel cans themselves. I ordered the red straps for the caps to make it DOT legal to carry OD green color cans.
