A sad one

Shame. We had a call out last night that wasn't so cool. A couple went up a local mountain to view the sunset. (Lions Head is a popular sunset venue)
The guy collapsed with a suspected heart attack.
Later the female told me they were there to celebrate their engagement.
And she's foreign. Stuck in a foreign city with your beloved just bombed out can't be nice.
Not cool.

Simular thing happened over here last year. Friends of my wife from work were super fit, and always out and about. The Husband had gone to the doctor for a check-up on the Friday, he and his wife went mountain biking that Saturday, he died of a Heart attack on the bike. The doctor had been trying to call him that Friday night, and Saturday to warn him to come in for an operation due to things found on the check-up. The wife got the messages the Monday when she got home on the answering machine.
