JK - wipers stuck "on" after 3" lift

The wires to the wheels have slack and haven't been pulled (that I'm aware of), but the ESP light occasionally blinks and now my wipers won't turn off. What is going on?

Oh, and the lights are "on" as well..

Checked the connections at the rear hubs and re-seated them.

Connections at the front appear to be good and no signs of wire-pulling..

disconnected the battery for 5 minutes and now all is well. hmmm.
