ARB/Engel Fridge in Open Pick-up Bed ?

How many of you mount or keep your ARB/Engel fridge in the bed of your open bed truck ?

Any problems ?
How long have you been doing it ?
Is it there everyday ?

I am going to mount mine in my bed up against the back of the cab.
I am concerned about longevity of the fridge when exposed to the elements.

In addition to being in the back of my Tacoma its also spent a decent amount of time in the back of my FJ40, both with the top on and top off. I've worried about it sometimes when we wake up with snow covering the unit. Knock on wood, no worries

My fridge has travelled across oz on the scenic route in the back of my ute.
Keeping them tied down so they cant bounce is important.
They will handle some atmosperic moisture.

This is good info. I am planning on removing the feet and bolting it directly to the truck bed floor, then wiring it along the bed wall and into the cab.
