    Default Mil-spec Mastercraft seats...any info?

I have been looking for new seats for my truck and found these on ebay.
    http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...K%3AMEWAX%3AIT

I did a search and found a website that showed them installed in a Landcruiser but now I cant find it again. Anyone use these before?
I didn't know Mastercraft made military seats.

They are legit, used in the new USMC MRAP (mine resistant armored personnel carrier) and other new IED resistant vehicles.

I'd be interested to find out how the seller came by these.

I didn't know until recently either. I learned that a majority of Mastercraft's business the past number of years has been military contracts; the off road seat business is actually a very small percentage of their overall sales.

    That's funny!

Just the other day when we were out in the MRAPs I said "Man! I'd love to have a set of these seats for my Tacoma!"

I work as a supervisor at an Army Depot that does the MRAP, I know there have been seats and seat belts "lost". I would bet that those are "lost" seats. Military equipment on such a new truck isn't out the john q public yet, at these the ones we have on our Depot. Just my thoughts, Paul
