Two Zone?

This is not one of those "why is it so expensive, I could do it myself cheaper posts" and I'd really like to avoid that discussion.

Looking at the Two Zone thingies, it looks like they are essentially a simple set of wall extenders for the fridge. Is that all there is to them?

I didn't find mine worked very well before I did a simple modification (detailed in that thread). Now it cools to the same temp at my Engel and I am extremely happy with it and wouldn't part with it for the world. I love being able to open my fridge in two sections to get at things!
