wheels for Jeep JK

A fellow who posts as "mickfluff" at forum.JKBoard.com
and jk-forum.com put a set of wheels from the Jeep Commander
on his new 4 door Jeep JK.



The wheels are the 17 inch Jeep "Hulk" model, forged aluminum
with grey painted centers. The tires are Toyo MT 295/70/R17,
which are 33.25 inches tall and 11.6 inches wide.

That's 1.25 inches taller and 1.5 inches wider than the tires on the Rubicon,
and 4 inches taller and 3 inches wider than the stock tires on an X model
like the truck in the photo. Not a bad upgrade!

The owner says there is "minimal" rub at full lock, so a bit of trimming
or work with a hammer may be necessary. The stock fenders seem
to just cover the wheels. (Thanks, and have a nice day, officer!)
