Very good heavy duty knife that can pound in tent stakes in a pinch.

How do you pound in tent stakes with that knife? Pommel does not seem to have a flat surface.

Threaten someone with the knife to make them pound in the stakes for you? If I recall correctly, the non-pointy end of the knife was designed to hammer into and break plexiglass cockpit canopies. For tent stakes I'd use a cheap soft blow mallet from Harbor Freight rather than a knife. Pretty dangerous to use sharp and pointy knives as mallets, even for cockpit plexiglass.

Anyhow, the knife has only gone up to $69 since I started the thread almost 1.5 years ago..
