New rack bushings=Vibrations??

I just had my tires balanced and rotated, ran smooth up to 70 and I was impressed with how smooth they were. Took my truck (tundra) to get Control arms, steering rack bushings, new leaf pack, rear shocks, alignment and rolled out with a serious vibration. What gives, any ideas?

Cover the basics first. All the lugnuts tight?

Are you able to determine where the vibration is originating? Front, rear, side?

I did stop after 15 min on the highway and re-sat the front wheels only. I numbered the tires/wheels before I had them rotated and the wheels are in the same place as after rotation when it was smooth.

if the alignment was the last thing you did (and should have been), then I'd take it back to that shop as something is off and they should fix it, unless it's something obvious like the tire shop left the lugs loose etc. You may also have slung a weight if it was put on poorly, or you were trail running

Did they test drive it after alignment?
