RVR,
I just returned from a trip to NC with the family. I can easily get the tent out and set it up in a couple of minutes by myself. We stayed through some fairly heavy rain and only had a couple of drops of water in the tent until I opened the door. Water had pooled up right above the door and when I started to go out it ran down my back and into the tent, leaving a good sized puddle in the floor. I had expected something like this and IMO there is not a way around it without a good rainfly and vestibule, which would add set-up time. I'll throw up a tarp over the front part of the tent the next time rain is in the forecast.
Overall, I'm impressed and I would buy again. I was really glad to have this tent when I broke down camp this morning in the rain. I had the whole tent down and packed in the bag in less time than I could remove one pole from a traditional tent.
