Can Someone Recommend A Custom Shop

Here is my problem, I have lots of great ideas. I lack the time and tools to get many of my ideas too far off the ground.

Does anyone know a good shop in the San Diego/LA area that would not laugh their ***** off when I am trying to explain my Aux Fuel idea or another random mod that pops into my head.
