    Default Garmin Mexico (Baja) Downloads

I wanted to know if I am missing something on my Zumo 550. I can't find a Baja map to download on the Garmin site.

    Thanks for your help.

It's been a few years, but I bought my Baja GPS maps from LBMaps (http://www.lbmaps.com/) and the are selling coverages made by the folks at Bicimapas (http://www.bicimapas.com.mx/English.htm). It's not perfect, but I am happy with my Baja coverage and I'm sure it's updated by now, I bought mine in 2005. Good luck.

I found LB-MAPS to almost as good as the BAJA Almanac. The Almanac or LB-MAPS combined with Google earth what more could you need.

ANy one have updated info for good GPS maps for Baja?

Edit: After a pretty exhaustive search, I found this:

    http://cartografiagps.com

It looks pretty promising and the details are a little better than the LBmaps version I recieved a couple years ago. I will be testing it out this weekend. One thing I am curious about is it shows some trails/roads I cannot locate on Google Maps...
