What are the benefits of these $110 spacers? Is the aluminum anodized to prevent corrosion?

This is used when you perform a torsion bar crank to raise the front on a Gen II Montero (92-99).

As a courtesy to the Portal, let me simply post some of the stated benefits from that discussion thread...

I highly recommend spacers on a lifted and wheeled Gen 2, it'll help not bend the upper control arm shaft.
wow, nice.. so this is a healthy alternative to gain some clearance up front instead of flipping the ball joints that isnt the best thing to do, right?

Would there be any issues down the road or popping a CV out with the extra angle? Guess not, I may get a set here very soon. You going to produce these again after the set of 10?

Glad you took the steps into getting these made.. thats aweseome news! What else do you have up your sleeve?
This is not an alternative this is an addition to flip.

I think I stated my opinion on these already over at 4x4wire. They do nothing.

Would you post a link to your opinion. It's not in the posted one above. I would like to read what you have to say, after all your remark is quite strong.
