fuso trialer brake wiring

Hi all, just got myself a new 2007 FG dump truck and was glad to see this forum. The guy who owned the truck before me had it reposessed so he just cut the brake controller wires and pulled his controller. Well I just bought a new tekonsha P3 controller and connected it and I am getting no power to it. My question is...does the fuso have a plug under the dash somewhere where the brake controller should be connected? I need to find where these wires ago, but they seem to disappear behind the steering column at the base. any help would be great, thanks!

blue wire to rear trailer plug pin 5
red wire to stop light switch
white wire to earth direct to battery
black wire positive power to battery through 20amp circuit breaker
