    Default Wheel test fit?

So I did a test fit with some new wheels and here are some crappy phone pics. They clear but not by much, my biggest question is how close is too close?

That's close..... but shouldn't be an issue.

    It's about a 1/4 inch gap.

1/4", good to go. The 60 Series TRE's see very little deflection so I wouldn't hesitate to run that. Anything less and you start to get worried about foreign debris ie mud or a branch getting ripped through there?

Mine are so close (FJ62 with 15x7 Modern steel wheels) that a conventional wheel weight would rub the dust/grease boot on the TRE. We used tape weights instead, no problems since.

Worst case scenario, you could run 1/4" spacers if you had to. I don't think you will though.
