NATO/Scepters in Factory Spare Location?

I seem to remember seeing a build thread for a metal cage/shelf which held two NATO cans in a truck's spare tire factory location (under truck bed behind bumper). I might be interested in trying this with my Tacoma, but I'm interested in the ensuing pros/cons from that fella's build.

I have searched every known key word, but cannot find that thread for the life of me. Does anyone remember this, too? Maybe have the link, please? Or maybe I saw it on another site. ?!?

ill eventually attempt a similar setup.

i remember it was on an fj60/62 that was probably brown. thats all i really remember from the build.
