    Default Yakima Load Warrior

    Hey All,
I have a Yakima Load Warrior on top of my Xterra and I'm looking for waterproof bags or duffles to store the gear in that would ride on the rack, what do you guys use to stowe your gear?

I really like the Sherpack bag - used it a TON over thousands of miles with zero problems. Very water tight against pouring rain and snow and holds a lot or a little - easily lashed down with the attached straps.

I'm partial to Harcostar barrels. Virtually indestructible. I've been using mine for over 20 yrs.

I have a couple of aluminum military medical boxes. 100% water and dust tight.

I use my x-large kayaking bags, totally water proof, easy to carry as they have backpack straps, and hold a ton of stuff, also well priced and can be found almost everywhere.

We use these Waterproof Duffel's from Cabela's. I know TacoDoc use to use them on his rack.
