I wish I had a longer lens. This 55 to 200 kit lens just isn't cutting it.
I really like the camouflaging on the wolf.

Bigguy, I will be heading out next month to photograph some of those here on the Idaho desert!

Cool shots John and Charlie well done!

Coyote, although a wolf had been spotted near where this was taken.

Edit: By the way, I could see Boise, ID from where this was taken.

Nice. I rented a 600mm lens my last outing and had a lot of fun with it. Renting is way cheaper than buying for me at this focal length since I shoot mostly landscapes.

That sounds like fun. I don't see to many of them here and this is the first one I've actually gotten to photograph. He was right next to the road and just took his time walking off and doing his thing. He blended in so well that I almost missed him at first. A few years ago I was on my way to work and my co worker pointed and was excited at something. I looked and it was a smaller sage hen with a hawk standing like a couple of friends on the side of the road. I wish I would have had a camera then. Hope you have a good time.

We played Hooky yesterday and went out on the boat. The wife snapped these while I piloted the boat

I was able to snag this one. I dont think that Mullet is liking his little ride knowing it'll be his last

Beautiful dolphin shots, amazing. And well executed. Fantastic over-the-shoulder hawk shot (I love them). Do you know what sort of hawk it is?
