Pop up plans on ebay
A while back, Markgyver asked about plans for a pop up slide in he had seen. I had purchased a set from "meadgl" on ebay. I contacted him but he did not reply until today, stating he was again selling them. I am in no way affiliated with him, but here is the link:

Based on the limited photos am I right in assuming that the "kitchen" is located on the end of the bed that is back against the truck cab? I'm also curious how this thing folds/unfolds so that hardwalls end up flush and the door looks like it becomes one solid assembly.
Did you build one?

I did not build one. The plans consisted of CAD drawings of the components as well of hundreds of pictures of each component built.
Yes the kitchen is at the front. The side walls are shorter than the front/back walls by the depth of the bed. Once the beds are folded in, the front and back walls are folded onto the underside of the beds (now facing upward) and the roof lowers down and latches to the bottom (tray) of the unit.
