There are so many of these groups, it's hard to say what/who is behind them and what their agenda is.

So I downloaded this group's 990 federal report (annual financial reporting, required of non-profits), and they seem like they spend all their money - not a lot (they get less than $100,000 per year in program fees, and they have about $600,000 in assets, and their ED earns average of $55K or so) - on education. They bought nearly $100K in vehicles, trailer, portable displays, LCDs, office equip, but that's all.

I could not tell anything from their Board of Directors (no red flags) and so I'll be curious as to what their website/information says.

They seem to hold trainings.

I don't know what is different from the Master Trainer Tread Lightly.

BTW - you can find all information you want about any non-profit by downloading their 990; go to http://www.fndcenter.org/ and there is a "search for 990" function.

Thanks Roseann,

They sent me quite a bit of information, pamphlets, displays, etc. I want to know everything I can about any organization I promote or support.
