How often do you guys think I should post? I am thinking every 1 to 2 weeks, or should I do more?

I would say as often as possible, but I think you'll need to pace yourself to some degree as well. If you post five times in a week and then stop for three weeks, your readers will lose interest. That being said, I get all my blog feeds delivered via Reader, so I'll get whatever you post, whenever!
I'm already looking forward to upcoming posts!![]()
I would love to see a new recipe every week or two, maybe a couple at a time after a trip. Perhaps you would be interested in guest contributions, if the photography is good and the recipes detailed enough. Just some thoughts. I've subscribed, looking forward to your posts.
I really like this idea! I know that I, for one, definatly lack skills as far as camp cooking. With the lack of a fridge on my rig, I cannot take perishable things, so at the end of the day, my meals are usually just tuna and ritz crackers or some instant noodles. (I am slightly ashamed of having admitted that..haha)

Very nice.
Going to try something similar this weekend or Friday night for dinner with the new Lodge 10" skillet I just got.
