Building a 05 Power Wagon to be a multi purpose rig.
This thing needs to haul my work tool's , tow frequently do family overlanding with a camper and moderate "off road" use with the utility shell.

Ditched the MT's for Revo 2's At's BTW Great tire! in a 315.

More........

# 1 Aux buss location with circuit breakers and Air comp/rear buss power main breaker . still have more to add to this area .
Under/behind Pax rear seat: Air control , Air comp solenoid #2 Aux buss , ground buss.
Under/behind driver side rear seat : storage (future Inverter) and dual band mobile

Never mind the mess,
Bistein 7100's and Carli LT bags
Grand central station and not finished with that area , will get 3 more holes...





Still have a lot of work to do, the good news is the pieces parts are in my hands.
IE front control arms dif protection, full switch panel up front, back up lights sliders ,air tank blah blah....

Very nice! and it's black. Love that....not that I'm biased toward black vehicles or anything...

Looks Good, I see we have the same set up in mind (I even have a black Dodge). I've been slacking on posting pics...I'll try and get some up this weekend.

Thanks guys Im looking forward to getting this "stage" done.
Just have to commit and rip the interior out for wiring plumbing and sound deading make some sliders and I will be close...

I would like to do aluminum and mild steel - nothing super thick-
recommendations?

I have a Lincoln 215 with the Magnum spool gun
Does everything I need. I also have a Miller Passport +

Either way a red one or a blue one they are both good.

Ok I give up... what is the flag pole mount for?

What kind of dual band radio are you putting in?
I've got a Kenwood in mine... works great.
I put the radio under the driver seat and put the remote head above the mirror... had to come up with a custom plate for the antenna.

I'll keep an eye on your thread for ideas I can steal:smiley_drive:
