Default Jurgens Safari Trailers soon is the USA !!

    Hey all,
Just wanted to share our info with you all, in case you had not seen us.

Besides being the US agents for Howling Moon, Bundu Gear is also the exclusive agent in the US for the Jurgens Safari line of off-road trailers. Three models of off-road trailers are available; XT-75, XT-120 and the XT-140 being the toughest and largest, and the No.1 selling off-road trailer in South Africa. The XT-140 trailer is a heavy-duty trailer with many features as standard. These include: nose cone, spare wheel, Heavy-duty basket roof rack, 2 jerry cans and holders, skid and nudge bars, fridge-slide, stow-away table bracket and 21 gallon built in water tanks with faucet. The trailer also features a brake as standard equipment.

the Howling Moon trailer tent will fit perfectly, and features an all-new design, set to be released this spring.

In addition to representing Howling Moon and Jurgens, we are also dealers for Front Runner 4x4 accessories, Cadac safari grills, and various storage solutions.

We are slowly building our inventory and online presence, and apologize for the delay in the meantime until we get up to speed. We will have our first trailers and full inventory by early summer, but are currently taking and filling orders. We look forward to hearing from you and helping you make the most of your off-road experiences.

All the best, and happy trails,

Here are some pictures of the upcoming Jurgens XT140 - soon to hit the US in early summer. We'll get some more pictures and details soon. The trailer is designed for rough dirt roads and gravel, as well as double-track and/or backcountry exploration. If you want a trailer for extreme wheeling, bouldering and stretching your long-travel suspension, this is NOT it. But if you're an explorer and want a rugged, high capacity, stable trailer, this may be it. And you can't beat the price-point especially with all the included features. Water tanks, spare wheel, roof rack, brakes, fridge slide, large access doors...

Nice trailer, I really like that design with the reverse boat tail for departure angle. Why is the ground glearance only 13" Must be bottom of the axle? How much clearnace to the bottom of the frame?

If I hadn't already built one last year, I'd be all over that for that price point.

thats pretty sexy. once I get back to work maybe I will look into it more.
The storage boxes caught my eye to. might do to convert measurements to inches for us U.S. folks. saves me from having to dig out the calculator.
The potjie is cool. I am a fan of the western dutch oven. a pot might be interesting as well.

    Hey John,
Thanks for the notice on the box measurements- we'll definitely get those specs in standard. We just wanted to get as much stuff on the site as possible; still lot's of polishing to do.
The potjies are really cool. They were a hit at the recent Dutch Oven Championship in Salt Lake. We'll also hope to add recipes and instruction down the line.
