Eaton E-locker for the 8.8

Going from 4.10s to 4.88s starting this weekend. 4.10s used to work ok with 33s/35s back when I lived on mostly flat ground on the east coast. They've been less fun out here.

If anyone is bored this weekend I might be wrenching in sunnyvale.
