Does anyone have source they would recomend for obtaining a good set of mudflaps for a D1? I haven't really started looking yet but I figured I would post up here first. Looking to keep the heavy junk of the truck and protect it a bit from rock chips. I'm going to be logging alot of miles offroad with it this summer and I hate cleaning up a muddy truck. haha

I'm not sure if these will work or not, but I added mud flaps last year to our Jeep & Tentrax trailer.

Teraflex Removable Mud Flaps

I found a product called Teraflex Mud Flaps available from Quadratec.

I have a set that came off my D2, for FREE if you pay shipping, I think all of the mounting hardware is there. Send me a PM.

D1

Mine just tore off this past weekend while wheelin' my D1. I'm surprised they lasted as long as they did :sombrero:

They don't last too long if you're off-roading a lot. The mud they protect you from is minimal compared to what gets everywhere else.

to flap or not to flap

I built mine with parts from napa and hope depot I think it only cost me about thirty dollars and they work so well I havent taken them off all year. When they wear out or get ripped off by the rocks here in Colorado I will make another set.
I think there is a company called trail flapps out there thats sells them and also genright makes them.
