Default Leaded gasoline in a 3.4L?

We're moving to Armenia in October of this year and as part of the move the catalytic converter needs to be removed. Has anyone ever run poor-quality or leaded gasoline in their 1995-now 3.4L?

Very interesting question. I do know that Toyotas are run throughout the world, but most are diesel. Hmmm, some research is required.

FWIW - I have run 85 octane (possibly lower) in mine with no problems, quite a bit in Mexico and here in the US. But not leaded regular.

Default It ain't got no gas in it.

Actually the ONLY thing I know about it is that the fuel-filler neck needs to be widened. I guess the leaded gasoline nozzles are larger diameter than unleaded.
