Are you timing the pump the proper way? I don't know the proper procedure, but I did read it was important in the manual. I'm glad that mine doesn't leak, thanks for posting pictures

Well, just got done pulling the VE off for the 5th time in a week. We just put a good old 103 pump I built back on the 90 and now it runs real good again. Seat of the pants dyno says its probably back up around 350-370hp.

Hi Andrew, how are you BFGs doing in the snow now that they are a bit older? I'm more interested in on road use. I know they will be fine in the deeper stuff. I am considering them in 255/85R16 or 255/80R17 for my future dually.
Sorry to see ole blacky got hit. I'm sure you'll have it fixed in short order...

They're alright, depends on the snow. I've noticed the KM2s lack lateral grip so be careful around corners. When I went on the Idaho trip last year they did good in the snow covered mountain roads. They would probably do much better if I aired em down a touch. I also run around with about 1000lbs of suitcase weights in the back in the winter months along with a heavy deep tool box.
btw they have between 8 and 9/32s with around 32,000 on em.

Welp dyno'd this old pig today, out of runs highest hp was 330 and highest TQ was 798 on a dyno they call the dreamcrusher. This dyno leaves a lot of guys ego's deflated.
I did however have the highest TQ of the day
