Just talked to the seller. Its a 95 good condition no major rips,tears, or cracks. Seller is willing to meet partway......any thoughts?

Nope. After some the seller sent me additonal pics which looked good. I offered $900 and we agreed on $1050. Later that afternoon he e-mailed saying someone local bought it for $1200. se la vie
