You don't give us much to go on such as:

How big are the meters?

How far away are you from them?

Are you spotting from a vehicle or outside?

You may want to consider a decent spotting scope with a monopod or small tripod like this Meade.

Barska? Really? I've never found anything they make to be worth bothering with. In fact, even if they were given to you, they wouldn't be worth their own weight.

These are excellent binoculars for the price.

Keep in mind that you may not want anything more powerful than 8-10X, as the image may not be stable enough to read. The higher the power, the harder it is to hold the image steady.

My wife uses 8X, and I use 10X.

These are bulky, but these are pretty good for the budget minded.

The Nikon Monarch line is a pretty good value too for lower end binoculars.

Why not go to a store and try them out at the distances you plan on using them? Some have a zoom feature that might help?
Big 5 has some that are small, and inexpensive
