Low profile Scepter MFC mounts

I'm looking for a low profile can mount for a Scepter fuel can that i can mount to the Thule bars alongside my RTT. Wht are my options?

I checked Equipt, Expedition Exchange, Front Runner etc and havent found a mount that works with Scepters. AT's looks bombproof but i prefer the tray style similar to those mentioned.

Kaymar makes one as well, but it is more basket than tray.

AT's are bombproof, and lockable. I have a set in the original steel.
I previously had them mounted horizontally (one on each side up top) to my truck bed rack. With a Super Siphon you can gravity feed the fuel from each Scepter can into your gas tank in about 5 mins.

AT makes them in anodized aluminum (at 6lbs ea) now.
