Just take it to a local muffler shop and have them weld it on...Streetwolf did that with his front QT Diff, I think it cost him all of $15 and they did an excellent job...They do all the custom exhaust work/welding for Eddie Hill (if you don't know who that is..>Google him), so we figured we could trust them to do a good job :-)

well i got the rovers north "bolt on" guard super cheap. some D2 owner bought it, and never actually installed it because it wouldnt clamp on as advertised. i bought it, got it welded on Total was $50 including the welding. cant beat that for a perfectly good guard.

i went with QT because it wraps all the way around, gives a little more coverage and acts like a small skid plate. also wanted to give Justin some business at L8.

Can't beat that deal. I need to find some better deals.

On a side note, got the rear bumper mounted yesterday. Need to do the electronics tomorrow.

I have QTs front and back on my DII. The rear bolts onto the carrier through the harmonic balancer (which I removed) and the front has tabs that had to be welded on. It is a good idea to replace the diff fluid after you're done welding the tabs.

The rear guard moved on me once before when it was pushed against a rock. It stripped the bolts and bent them. That's why the harmonic balancer had to come off. I got new bolts and the guard is back in position.
