Great couple, I was lucky to spend a long weekend with them camping and riding in the Colorado mountains back in 2007. It was not enough time to hear all of their stories. The one story I will never forget is from Brazil. As they were traveling in the jungle, Simon crashed and fell from a bridge. He broke his neck. It took Simon and Lisa almost a month (I believe they said 28 days) to make it to a hospital, where they put screws in Simon's neck. During the trip to the hospital Simon was constantly passing out... But I am sure they talk about it on their website.

After checking out their website, I just had to order their book. I wonder where they find car parts?

    Hi!

Just met Franc and Isa from Switzerland in LA. They are on their way south in a really nice 76 VW bus.

Thank you so much for this link Taniya. I just checked your website and blog and will have to spend a few hours looking at your pictures and reading posts. Good luck with the rest of your endeavors and trip. Thanks for the updates.
